Birgit Agergaard
Birgit started working in 
Agency back in 1981, right after finishing Business High School.
Birgit speaks and writes French, English and German and works in particular with German and Swiss Cruise Ship Companies, organising both the internal (OneManBands and Duos) and external (Artists, Magicians, Folk Shows etc.) Entertainment.
Elin Agergaard
Elin, Birgit’s “little” sister started working in Agency in 1982, also after finishing Business High School.
Elin also has “a natural talent” for languages and speaks & writes English, German and a little French.
Bookkeeping and management is Elin’s main occupation, but also keeping contact with the many musicians and artists working in Scandinavia and on the different Ferry Boats.
Helle R. Nielsen
Helle is the latest „scoop“ for Agency, she started working the 1st of February 2006.
After working as chief secretary for an international record company, Helle worked for a while in Los Angeles, followed by a job as “Chief of Reception” in a well known hotel in Silkeborg/Denmark.
Helle speaks and writes English and German, besides the Scandinavian languages.
Now Helle works with the development of our IT / booking system, keeps track and in contact with several companies in the Nordic countries and tries to keep “Martin on a Leech” J.
Bjarne is
Agency’s Chief Accountant.He has been working in the music business for the past 6 years, after a long career in several big companies.
Bjarne speaks, beside Danish, both English and German.
Sacha Peytchev
Agency’s "man in the field”.
Sacha is partly still an active musician and singer, working as a respected and successful bandleader with his own band through the past 14 years, the Belami Band. He has been working all over Scandinavia, Finland and Greenland, both ashore and on several passengers ferries and speaks English, “Scandinavian” and a little German.
In the future Sacha, in close cooperation with Martin Scibb, will be responsible for the Norwegian market and for the quality control on board the different Scandinavian Ferries.
Martin Scibb
Martin started working in Agency in 1983, having worked for more than 12 years as a professional musician, singer and bandleader.
Since 1999, Martin is Agency’s “travelling director”, often out of the office and very much depending on the “good work and back up” provided by Elin,Birgit & Sacha and a lot of other good and hard working people.
Martin is, when ever possible, keeping close personal contact with both customers, musicians / artists & partner agencies and he’s always “out searching for new talents” in Scandinavia, Europe and the rest of the World.
